Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days. For larger furniture items requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for scheduling and transit.

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer fabric and finish swatches?
Yes, we want you to feel confident in your choice. You can order up to five complimentary fabric or wood finish swatches through our 'Request a Swatch' page.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. For large freight items, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.
